I’m a seasoned live event producer who excels in leading teams to create dynamic and inspiring events, from sold-out stadiums to intimate stages. With eight years of industry experience, my skill set allows me to fill various roles (and often multiple roles) at each event, including: show caller, producer, project manager, and creative director for live moments.

Pulling off an exceptional event requires the leadership of someone who speaks the technical language of every department - audio, video, lighting, stage, PAs, comms, and all other crew. I work with technical leads to ensure a holistically smooth process.

- Served as Show Caller and Assistant Producer for Passion Conference events both domestically and internationally, for events ranging in size from 900-65,000 attendees
- Oversaw the deliverables process for event creative elements managing film, graphic design, animation, and programming teams
- Managed internal logistics database to generate 50+ personalized itinerary document packets per event, in order to communicate critical details to artists and speakers
- Created and disseminated production schedules, day sheets, run of show sheets, creative briefs, and other essential documents to production personnel
- Led musical artist advance process: coordinating with artist management to sign contracts, meet technical needs, communicate logistical information, etc.
- Led speaker advance process: ensuring AV needs were met, sourcing props and visual illustrations, etc.

- Led a team of producers to execute Sunday church gatherings across three campuses and online, averaging 10,000-15,000 attendees per week
- Led the advance process for Sunday gatherings and mid-week events through overseeing creative deliverables process, booking and communicating with crew, creating day sheets and run sheets, and managing the overall production schedule
